Tiny Easels Art

Tiny Easels Art, or TEA as I call them are a new kind of small fun I have. Most are done with simple black and white Ink sketches. They can be done anyway you want. The drawing is what ever you want and it's shipped with a tiny easel to display it on. Makes a great little gift!

Painting

It's such an awesome release to slap paint onto a canvas. It's so forgiving too. You can make mistakes and know it's no big deal just mix more paint and cover it up! This painting was done with Acrylic. I want to work with oils also. I like to work in all the different fields of art. I really truly believe we all have a hidden artist in us, just waiting to show itself and warm our hearts if not just give us a little time to just be ourselves in this world. Take care!

Trying my hand at 3D and 2D digital art with a rendering program called Bryce. it's time consuming but fun to play with. I love technology but I'll never give up my pencils and Ink pens!

Hunting Club Logo

Well it's December 11, 2010 and I'm finally posting again. I dropped my actual art website so I'm just going to start pouring a bunch of blogs on here with art. Everything I've been doing lately and my future projects too. Like this Logo I did for a hunting group here in north Georgia. I loved drawing the deer so much I hated putting cross hairs around him. But oh well, what can you do. So anyways before the year ends and we begin 2011 I hope you get to see some stuff! This next year is going to be crazy too. Talk to you soon!

Back in the Saddle again!

Wow, end of August 2010 already! A ton going on too! So much so that I've not had much time to be on here at all. Just moved into a bigger home. Which is so nice because now I even have my own office, so I can work more on my art and other projects. Working on several pieces right now, plus I have to start on a halloween project soon in order to have to done by the end of this October. Also I was hired to paint murals of wolf mascots on an Elementary School walls. Between painting the walls in the new place and painting on the school walls, I'm going to be painted "out" soon! Waiting for October for the new series on AMC..."the walking dead". Looks to be awesome! Oh and I'm going all out this Halloween, doing the whole latex demon face, last time was really my first time so I was learning but this time I'll have it done much better! Anyways, going to go back and paint more walls, then maybe later watch my new movie "Losers!"...take care for now!!!

Monday Blundays....

Welp, monday came and went...It was productive in the way Lions are productive when they rip apart a gazelle. Looking forward to Tuesday...I have a new idea for a sketch. Well, a sketch that I can show on the internet...Pencils down..test over for tonight..seeya tomorrow...

More Drawing....

Been drawing more....just finished a piece for a baby shower invite. Going to keep putting more on my website as I finish or even just start. it's been a good week, hopefully tomorrow will wield more good stuff. Sure am looking forward to warmer weather though. I dig all the artists on here, I want to find more of them and follow their work. I'm really stoked about the idea of getting a piece published in ImagineFX, an awesome art magazine. Will write more about that as I go. Going to go draw somemore....wings and fries for dinner tonight! seeya!!!

Sunday again!!!

Welp, another week gone. But a great weekend. Connecting to more Artists and Illustrators using LinkedIn. Watched some great movies and went to Church on Sunday, which is always a great stress reliever. Started another piece, which I'm coloring using GIMP2...I wanted to see how far I could carry a work using strickly this program. I will post it as soon as I'm semi-finished with it. New Week, New World.....

Well, I watched the premiere of Human Target last night, I actually own an issue of the comic book it's based off of. Had to watch 24 also...both episodes. Tonight, I'll watch another one...unless it's a repeat. Drawing more and more, and even more than that I'm joining more websites that connect me to artists. I have already met a few outstanding artists, and shared some work. But I love meeting new people. As someone who draws, who creates, I guess the coolest thing is this need to always find new things...new ways, new avenues, new art...new people....sweet!

New year, new Decade....

I'm excited. Brand new year and a new decade to boot. So much I want to do this year. Really get a good running start on things. 2009 was really not that good of a year to be honest. The only good thing that came out of it was meeting the love of my life, Jessica. So with her I bring in the new year, I opened the window and breathe in the fresh air, and welcome in the new smells. New ideas, new plans, out with the old as they say! It's funny how good you feel when you decide to take a different path then you have been. It's scary but exciting too. I've got my pencils sharpened, my pens inked up, and I'm ready to turn that corner....
